as of today you can register here for the upcoming GASCA conference, 29 September to 2 October 2025, in Cologne. You can find all important information and the fees on our conference page.
We are very pleased that we have not had to increase the conference fees compared to the last conference two years ago, despite rising prices, thanks to the acquisition of many third-party funds. We are also reducing the price of student tickets from €40 to €25 to promote young researchers. However, the number of student tickets is limited to 60 for budget planning reasons. Unfortunately, doctoral students are not entitled to a student ticket.
Early Bird registration will be open until 7th July 2025. After the Early Bird registration is over, tickets prices will increase by 30€.
